Tasting is an Art!

To have zeal is to have an ardent interest in the pursuit of something. One of my passions is the pairing of wine, cheese, and chocolate. To correctly pair particular wines with special cheeses and exquisite chocolates, I would call an art. It takes multiple tastings to find just the right matches. Beginning with the swirl of the wine glass, then the three sniffs of the wine, holding the sip of the wine to swish through the entire mouth, and ultimately swallow to savor the wine is only the beginning.
