Is it an oldie? rock? blues? perhaps a tango? country? a waltz maybe? or a little rap music? And most importantly, are you dancing everyday? I'm hoping you are dancing your heart out, whether with someone or bringing the roof down on your own. It's good for your body, mind, and spirit! A dance gets my day started, and the energy generated stays with me all day!! I consider it one of my daily meditations, just with a wiggle and a giggle!!!
