Take a meditation walk to greet the day!
Walk and meditate outdoors for at least fifteen minutes daily. Here in the mid-Atlantic the air is crisp, the sky blue feathered by the whimsical gray of the clouds, bulbs are pushing their way through the ground, and birds join one another in chorus and play. I often sense a tender magic in this seasonal change.
As I walk, I breathe deeply and take delight in the changes- humming to the bird song, cheering on the bulbs as they make their mighty push, spinning around to catch the dance of the clouds, feeling the chill in the air against my cheeks. And I whisper a heartfelt thank you for the emerging beauty that is beginning with a hopeful smile lighting up my face. Let us all enjoy!
