Practicing Self-Love


A few reminders for practicing self-love:

Daily self reflection for validation

Focus on positivity with a gratitude journal

Set boundaries and don't be afraid to say no sometimes

Take care of your physical self with good nutrition and daily exercise

Remind yourself it's okay to make a mistake here and there

Practice, practice, practice deep breathing

Engage your passions

Unplug and get away to your happy, peaceful place


Remember the words of Maya Angelou:

I must undertake to love myself and to respect myself as though my very life depends upon self-love and self respect.


As we move ahead to Spring, let's keep in mind that Spring is an example of how beautiful positive changes in our lives can be!
