Be aware of your breathing as you walk.
As you walk and take in the changes of the season, tune into the feeling of your chest rising and falling as you breathe. Walk slowly and begin taking slow deep breaths. Not only will you be aware of your breath as it moves in and out, but it will bring a sense of relaxation and a deeper awareness of your surroundings. Breathe in the the scents of spring and notice the energy of the Earth around you as you observe the joyful magic taking place along your path.
