A formula for handling disappointment
While there really is no one way to look at disappointment, here is a suggestion to get you out of your funk. Put on some of your favorite soothing music, prepare a cup of tea, grab some snuggly socks or go barefoot. No movies! No phone! Make yourself comfortable and clear your mind making room for positive thoughts and actions as you weigh your choices. Emerge from your quiet time taking deep breaths, standing up, taking one step at a time, letting nothing stand in the way of your new resolve. Let your power lead you into the next step stronger in the conviction that you will move ahead!
