I love to travel and explore new places. Most recently I traveled to Muscat, Oman, a mystical, magical place. Just prior to that trip, I journeyed to the Okanagan Valley in British Columbia to discover this wine region is doing some pretty exciting things with wine and food. I also love to hike, and this area has an abundance of interesting trails. Soon I will find myself in Montevideo, Uruguay, where I will take in the history of this little country and its culture, enjoy the tannat grape and a burgeoning wine country, and walk my socks off while collecting photos and memories. And who knows but that some part of these adventures might show up in a future book!
